  Qualifications: 
  1. Excellent communications skill,planning and organizational abilities.
  2. Available for business trips as per project requirements.  
  3. Thorough understanding of regional solar energy policies and regulations  
  4. Minimum associate degree (Bachelor's preferred)  
  5. 1+ years of direct sales experience (renewable energy sector preferred)  
  
  Responsibilities:  
  1. Execute regional sales strategies to meet/exceed sales quotas, collection targets and customer acquisition KPIs.  
  2. Provide technical solutions by leveraging product knowledge to address client requirements.  
  3. Maintain expert-level understanding of product specifications and corporate pricing structures.  
  4. Manage customer complaints with timely resolution and proper escalation procedures.  
  5. Cultivate long-term client relationships through end-to-end account management.  
  6. Draft commercial contracts and coordinate cross-departmentally to ensure fulfillment.  
  7. Optimize sales expenditures while achieving performance objectives.
